Great property, it has a heated pool & jacuzzi. A gum, cafe and restaurant. They have free airport shuttle. The rooms are big and clean. Only issue/complaint is that there's no fridge in the rooms and trying to get a bucket of ice is soo hard. Besides that the place is great. It's not in a great neighborhood so be cautious but it's only a 20-30mins Uber ride to Roma Norte, Zócalo, etc.. .. but I will say do not wear jewelry in Mexico sadly I was mugged on my second day of my trip but besides...

We enjoyed our stay from the time we arrived until the time we left! The entire hotel is sparkling clean! The staff was friendly and helpful with all our request and needs. Breakfast and fresh juice in the morning was a plus! My only con would be location for me. We spent most of our time in Roma Norte so a 10 minute Uber ride ended up being 25 minutes due to big city traffic.Also there’s a crack of space under the bathroom door so you can hear EVERYTHING. Nice hidden oasis in the middle of all the Condesa and Roma action. Walkable to plenty of bars, restaurants, shops, coffee shops, and green areas to walk/run. The unit was very well appointed with pretty much everything you would need and the building access was very safe. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Absolutely beautiful property. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The area is in the most beautiful and safe part of Mexico City. My only complaint about this hotel was that despite the high nightly price, they still try to get you to “upgrade” your room and pay a even higher nightly fee to get a room with a view, breakfast, and access to their rooftop lounge that is not available to all guests without this upgrade or an access fee. Overall great experience though

Nosotras visitamos de Oregon y la atención iba bien hasta… la primer noche que se descompuso el A/C pero inmediatamente me movieron de cuarto a una mejor habitación y estaban siempre al pendiente que estábamos bien. Son muy atentos y muy amables los botones. El restaurante es muy bueno , el buffet desayuno también! Y la zona de business de lo más tranquilo, relajante y delicioso desayuno.
