"The breakfast buffet was terrific. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Let me list a couple of the cons:
The hotel is dated. The carpeting needs to be refreshed. I was placed in a wing where there was construction going on in the adjoining rooms. The carpet was dirty, and the hallway smelt dank. In the exercise area, there was a video constantly playing of the CEO shilling for the hotels culinary school. It seem quite annoying, especially when trying to exercise.
Finally, the hotel has a number of rather irritating ledges, and drop offs, which can be quite daunting for a customer with physical difficulties.
Overall, a decent hotel, but not one that would merit a five star rating, at least in my book."
