4泊しました。 受付のスタッフがみなさん優しかった。 朝食はオプションで別のホテルで食べることができます。 ラウンジに無料のコーヒー、お茶、プレッツェル、クロワッサン、りんご、ヨーグルトがありました。 毎日1つもらいました。それらを朝食や軽食にしました。 周辺環境は治安が心配でしたが、また宿泊したいです。 リクエストはカーテンが遮光ではなかったので、遮光カーテンにしてほしいです。

ミュンヘン中央駅から近く、市庁舎など観光地へのアクセスが良いです。 表通りにはバーやストリップ（キャバクラ）があったりと若い子達が集まる賑やかな場所ですが、活気があって良いです。 市内にはホームレスが割と多く、稀に薬中がいてるので避けていれば大丈夫。 建物が古いけど清潔だし割と静かでした。 但し、こちらの気候に合わせてエアコンがなく（扇風機有り）ドアの鍵が旧式なので、少し慣れればドイツらしくて良いのかも。 あと、チェックインが急遽午前中になったけど、荷物預かってくれて部屋に届けてくれていたりと、スタッフはとても親切でした。

Property was conveniently located for a tourist visit, but in a less than picturesque street with a lot of construction going on near and behind the hotel. there was no AC so the window had to remain open, which also brought in the noise from the neighborhood.
