"Cozy and cool property just a block away from the harbor. Great location to"

"When we pulled up in the driveway to the hotel, we apprehensively thought it was cute and quaint. The front desk clerk- Emily set the tone for our stay. She was OUTSTANDING. After she checked us in, she proceeded to tell us of the features of the hotel, great places to dine and several other places to check out for our one-night stay. The hotel property is very well maintained, and the guest room itself was SO CLEAN!!! What a very pleasant surprise! It spoke to the pride the staff takes in...

"We stayed at Casa Riviera, because my fíance and I got married at the Santa Barbara courthouse. I was so impressed how clean this hotel was! We felt comfortable, safe, and cozy. We will definitely be staying here again when we come down for our anniversary’s! <3"

"Location. The Hotel is so beautiful, chic and close to everything. Very friendly staff."

"was good location"

"We loved the location being on State Street and the historical significance of the hotel as well. The room was beautiful and very well designed / decorated. The bathroom could have had more hooks for towels. Also, the room was missing a dresser or an area to put your clothes in. It seemed kind of odd that there really was not a place to put your clothes. "Lovely. Great location."

"Very clean room. Bed could have been more comfortable. Excellent rain shower head in the shower. Staff was friendly. Pool area was very clean and towels were provided. Great view of the beach and located very convenient to the beach."

"Place was located right across from the beach. Bed was very comfortable. Parking was $32 per night which seems excessive. No free breakfast. Place was very nice but was very expensive for what you got. I wouldn’t stay again just for an overnight stay."

"本当にビーチサイド。ロケーションがいい。部屋も清潔で可愛らしい。次も泊まりたい。"

"Beautiful property and location. Helpful and friendly staff. What a beautiful city! 2 minor gripes: Could not stream with their chrome cast platform. Staff tried to help but didn’t know what iPhone settings need to be changed. Hot tub out of order."

"This is a very cute boutique hotel in the heart of Santa Barbara. It's clean and decorated in a retro & nautical theme. There were ear plugs on each night stand which gave us pause ... and while it was a little noisy at night, we were able to sleep just fine. Parking is right next door. The attendant told us the fee was $10 ... unless we were staying at the hotel, then it was $15 LOL. Not a big deal and very convenient parking. We walked everywhere we needed to go. There are a few...
