"The bed was comfortable however the room was not set up well. The furniture was crowded. The eating area was small and there were not enough utensils. The towel rack was so high I couldn’t reach it. The entry way had very steep stairs and this whole area smelled of mould and air freshener so that I held my breath going in and out. For three nights it was quiet but the last night there were people singing and shouting outside until 3am. Not our best hotel experience. "

"The room was quite spacious with very high ceilings and mostly quiet - at times I could hear the neighbours in the hall. Considering the higher price of the hotel I was surprised to find some amenities substandard or lacking - broken towel rack in the bathroom, no bathroom soap, nowhere in shower to leave your personal items, old and worn towels, no other bedsheets (only a duvet) or pillow options."
