"Great location. Easily checked in with their self check in kiosk. Could get very busy in the lobby when flights were cancelled/delayed and there were a lot of passengers checking in. This was one of few places during our trip that had an ice machine which was appreciated. Located close to a bus terminal to make getting around Amsterdam easy with there tap in/tap off credit card system. Shuttle was easy to use and easy to find at the airport but as it went to a possible 3 different Ibis Hotels in the area, it could be very busy especially when having to transport larger bags. Would definitely recommend this to travelers. Can not comment on the bar/breakfast as we did not use this due to it being a bit pricey."

"The staff are friendly, the room is clean, and they change the towels every day and make your bed and take the rubbish. The room is spacious, and the building is maintained. The location is walking distance to Hoofddorf station, around 15 minutes. The area is quiet it's surrounding are an office block. The food in the restaurant is delicious. I had tomato soup and the best tomato soup I had. Fries and nuggets are crispy. The room price is budget friendly. I recommend this hotel."

"Room cleanliness was satisfactory, we had problems with dirty sheets but the manager was straight on it and had everything changed. Staff were lovely especially the female manager she was extremely friendly and we chatted everyday about what we had been doing! Breakfast buffet was lovely. There is a small gym which is great for the kids in the evening. Could definitely do with something for children within the hotel. There is only a pizza machine (which is nice) and a vendor machine with sweets and drinks which was quite expensive. Other food options would be great. It would be good if the restaurant was open for dinner and seems like such a wasted space. The area is a little run down but 15 mins on the metro which is a 5 minute walk away and you are in the city which worked well for us. Overall i would return again."
