"We tried to enjoy this stay as much as we could but it was difficult considering we were on a construction site. The strong paint smell upon entering the unit and the loud hammering and drilling woke us up multiple times from our sleep and led to many other unpleasant moments. The property is quite far from any grocery store or decent restaurants but thankfully bikes were provided which was a nice touch. We would like to appreciate the excellent service we received at front desk since our flight from Ireland was early and our rooms were not ready yet. The front desk expeditiously attempted to have the rooms ready as soon as possible, and they did! The rooms were clean and huge. And the buffet selections were impressive. The free shuttle service to the airport was a plus. We will surely use this hotel once we come back to Amsterdam again!

Great Hotel, The only thing I didn’t like was the 90 euros I was charge for the city taxes, the hotel must let the guest know about that ahead of time.

I booked the room to get some rest during a 13-hour layover and although this property was a bit further from the airport than I originally thought, the hotel was clean and staff friendly.
The next morning I found the hotel was within walking distance of the commuter train that took me right to the airport and I made my flight home without issue.

Very nice hotel, close to airport, clean. My only complaint is my booking included the breakfast buffet but we were charged for it ($28 apiece). That’s not good customer service.

This was my first time in Amsterdam. Used the hotel for 3 nights before leaving on a 21 day cruise. The rooms are wonderful. Bathroom and shower all modern. Food options good for staying at the hotel. The daily use for the shuttle to and from the airport worked terrific. We used it for getting to the airport with all the trains going anywhere. We arrived really early from the States to check in at hotel but check in isn’t until 3 pm? The hotel staff went out of there way to help us get to our room asap.Young lady running the restaurant was equally helpful? We initially arrived to early to check in she allowed us access to restaurant for beverages and breakfast which was over the top. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Awesome experience in customer service and great hospitality. Highly recommend.

Everything was perfect. Property is beautiful and staffs are kind. I enjoyed fitness and sauna too. The only drawback is checkout time at 11am is a bit too early. Hope it is 12pm.

Great hotel; it may be old but it wears its age well. (Old in this case doesn't mean dirty or frayed at the edges). Quiet room, very soft comfortable bed. Food in the restaurant, especially dinner was very good with very good steaks available; breakfast was adequate as a little more variety would be nice. Very friendly and attentive staff in the hotel, always a sincerely warm greeting when I passed by the front desk.

Everything was great, but at checkout time, I was accused of drinking the four sodas that were in the refrigerator! Never used anything provided by the hotel in the mini-bar. I don't think that they believed me. I don't like being accused of something I didn't do.

The property is nice and clean. Great place for event. Close to metro ( one stop away to Amsterdam central) . Breakfast was nice. Staffs are friendly. The only downside is no stores or restaurants around the area. Theres two restaurants on site. The next door casino has restaurant but does not allow minor to enter.
