The villa is perfect for families and offers a fully accessible environment for elderly and disabled guests with an alternative ramp for all steps leading up to the main entrance and garden area of the villa. The pool area has graduated steps, a chair lift and a second shallow pool, and the villa's large terrace has plenty of sun loungers, parasols and seating areas.



The interior of the villa is bright and airy, with a combined living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The spacious ground floor bedroom has an oversized en-suite bathroom and wide doors with grab rails in the bathroom. With five additional double bedrooms and bathrooms, it is designed for comfort and convenience.



The finca "Sa Riera" is located approx. 2,000 metres from the dream beaches of Playa de Muro and the beaches of Can Picafort. Shopping facilities, beach bars and restaurants are also just a few minutes away by car.



We consider this accommodation to be accessible for our guests with reduced mobility, but recommend that all guests check the suitability of the accommodation according to their own needs.
