You can enjoy sandy beaches such as Son Bauló, Playa de Muro or Puerto de Alcúdia, play golf in Alcanada or visit the S' Albufera park. A car is recommended. Here, one can sit with a cocktail and a good book while the children swim in the pool or play in the garden.

Surrounded by a large terrace with 10 sun loungers, 2 umbrellas and 1 outdoor shower, the private 24m2 pool with a depth between 1.4 x 2 metres is the true protagonist of this property. The furnished 30 m2 porch invites you to celebrate great evenings with friends and family; and why not end the day with a barbecue, flowers, aromatic plants, trees and decorative elements give a Mediterranean touch to the exterior. On the plot there are 2 buildings, the main house and the annex.

The porch provides access to the main house of 133 m2 and the living room with fireplace, satellite TV, dining room and kitchen equipped with gas hob, dishwasher and much more. On the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 3 single beds. Two bathrooms, with shower or bathtub as well as a washing machine and ironing board/iron are available. The bathroom with bathtub is on the first floor.

The 72 m2 annex includes a living room with television and basic kitchen (without hob), two bathrooms (one with small bathtub and hairdryer and the other with standard bathtub), another laundry room with washing machine and iron and 3 more bedrooms, two with 2 single beds and one with 1 double bed.

The house equipment includes air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room in the main house.
