"Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. Moved rooms because the TV wasn’t working properly. It’s winter, the rooms are not at all kept warm. We were freezing when we got into our room, heater slow to warm up the room, and we couldn’t use the shower… terrible odour from the tub. "
