"You get out in an entrance to a square. When you walk into the square there are 6 white building all looking the same. You can not see a hotel name or sign anywhere. We were accosted crossing f the square and a gold chain was tore off my neck. And I still donât know where the lobby was. We had to retreat and phone for an escort. "
