"Only good is historic architecture at hotel. No restaurant, no bar, nothing in the hotel... if you want to sleep with fan and air conditioner that doesn't work, stay here...they gave us an option of another room second night, but air conditioner also didn't get cold... we have to take cold shower to sleep!!! never again!!! "Very good location and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The property has a beautiful, old world colonial style. My main disappointment is they advertised having a gym and a steam room, but both are closed indefinitely so the hotel Polacio SHOULD make this known to all potential guests before booking. I always look for hotels with some kind of gym facility, so their blatant dishonesty was not appreciated. Overall it has a really nice old world charm, central location and friendly staff and so I do recommend it."
"My stay at the Kimpton was wonderful. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The property is really beautiful and located in a perfect area. I really enjoyed the dining options and pool area. My room was spectacular although the view from the balcony wasn’t great. I would definitely recommend this hotel. "
"Very nice stay! The hotel is just way too cute, if you like small coquette boutique properties. Their bar is cozy and intimate too. Location is perfect, walkable to where you want to be. Definitely going back. "
