"First of all I cannot say enough about our host CarineShe was the super host of all the host we had on our month long vacation of Italy and France. Carine was literary there instantly whenever we had a question or needed help with things, she went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience in Tuscany. She was absolutely lovely. Our accommodations exceeded our expectationsEvery morning I enjoyed my coffee outdoors to admire the amazing views. In hindsight I wish we spent more time on the property This is the only place I would stay should I find myself back in Tuscany. I would 100% recommend it"

"The villa is huge and well appointed with anything you could imagine There are two large dining rooms inside and several well appointed outside patio areas. The bucolic setting includes birds , roaming sheep down the hill meandering from field to field. Couldn’t be more restful! Also close enough to Siena , San gimingnano Assisi for day trips and even Florence Will definitely return. "

"An absolutely magical Christmas holiday in a perfect location! The house...well, really a main house with an incredibly spacious guest house... was beautifully appointed and spotless with plenty of room for our family (that included our two adult children and their spouses as well as an 8 month old baby) to gather - and to spread out.  The property feels like an authentic Tuscan villa....but better; the bedrooms each had new ensuite bathrooms and the new kitchen was well outfitted for us to be able to cook and serve wonderful holiday meals.  Even at that time of year, we were able to spend afternoons playing bocce and enjoying lunch on the well manicured grounds while soaking in the far-reaching views over rolling groves of olives and vineyards to nearby iconic hilltop towns.  Jeannine, the house manager, could not have been more accommodating and responsive.  Her warm welcome - complete with a delicious homemade lasagna and Tuscan Christmas cake - made us feel like we were visiting an old friend.  She worked very hard to make our Christmas holiday stay feel festive and comfortable...and she totally succeeded in every way.  We will be back for sure!"

"Lovely property quiet and spacious. Well appointed and handy to all little villages. Very helpful caretaker who helped us with a few problems we had with our car rental after we blew a tyre. We found out there were no local taxi services and Jo suggested places we could try. "

"This villa is too beautiful to express in words. The views are breathtaking, the villa is perfect in every way. There were 10 of us and it more than suited our needs. Perfect location surrounded by the Tuscan hills. Sunsets are gorgeous! Pool was fantastic. Luigi, the owner, was accessible and always willing to help. We hired The Tuscan Chef for 2 night and that was a real experience. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Don’t pass this one up. It’s wonderful "
