"The room was very clean. The bed and pillows were soooo comfortable. I kept sleeping in because it was so comfy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The security of the lofts made me feel very safe. I recommend the Punto Lofts to anyone needing to stay in the South of Mexico City. You will not be disappointed."

"The space was small, but comfortable. The sheets were clean and crispy. Very nice, even though the beds were full size, not queen size and a little too firm for my son. I folded the comforter and used it as a mattress top to make it a little more comfortable and he slept better. We had a nice view and had a great experience."
"Everything about this hotel stay was amazing! It has great amenities and is very family friendly. It is also walking distance to a nice mall for an added shopping experience! The staff has been amazing from day one and has been great help for guiding us on where to find some hidden gems in Mexican cuisine! I 100% recommend, especially for a family looking for a safe and kid friendly environment! "
