We stayed for 3 nights and the location could not have been more convenient with myriad restaurants nearby (Merkava was AMAZING for a break from tacos) and Parque Mexico 1 block away to explore and people watch. "Polished but incredibly friendly staff made the stay for us. Excellent waitress in the lobby restaurant, fast and friendly checkin, personable Caesar and door staff. The staff sent a bottle of champagne and cake for my partner’s birthday which was so special - thank you! Fantastic location. The hotel’s renovations are beautiful. Charge for minibar items...mini espresso machine in room $5.50 USD for use. FYI Plenty of food choices near by as well as Tour bus stop steps from hotel. I traveled alone and felt safe inside and outside the hotel. I would definitely stay here again. "
