"Todo nos parece lindo aún que si la actitud de la mesera danna hubiera sido más amable y no grosera al momento de atendernos (ella comentó que hubo falta de comunicación, pero la forma que lo dijo fue muy grosera y considero que ella como mesera tiene debió explicarnos las opciones de qué es lo que manejan en el restaurante, nosotros no conocemos el restaurante ni el menú ya que en ningún momento nos los proporcionó, creo que uniera sido excelente si ella fuera más servicial con su trabajo, a comparación de su compañera María José O excelente servicio muy amable en todo momento lamentamos que nuestro último día ella no pudiera atendernos pero hay que reconocer que a ella le gusta lo que hace nace una corte al bienvenida, nos sentimos realmente en casa, al momento en que ella estuvo al tanto en todo momento y Bryan e en el restaurante de noche wow Amamos su servicio de nuestra cena nos hizo sentir tan bienvenidos pero repito Danna fue la excepción y qué pena por qué si no hizo pasar un mal momento y n 2 días"

Check-in was smooth, and the room had everything needed for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was good, and the facilities were well maintained. "This is my third time staying at Class Suites. The personnel and staff are amazing. Milton is a great host and always very responsive. The security personnel are attentive and do an amazing job of keeping the property safe. There’s a great market about one block away. The café inside the property is fantastic. The food is delicious and very well priced. The pool and spa are on the 17th floor with incredible views of the city. It’s so nice to be able to get an amazing massage and then just go right downstairs to the room. The property is very centrally located. It is about a mile to the Santa Fe Mall and just a short Uber ride to Poblado and Provenza. I would highly recommend this property to anybody that’s visiting Medellin. I will definitely stay there again on my next visit."
