"Old but charming, walkable to city center, shopping, dining areas. Small bathroom. Squeaky floors and stairs, handicap inaccessible but has amazing and attentive staff. Will stay again. "

"We arrived at the hotel well before the check-in time and were greeted with the warmest welcome. While waiting in the reception area, we were served traditional Coca tea, which was a lovely touch. Within just a few minutes, we were shown to our room, where our luggage was already waiting for us at the door. ​A special thanks to Richard, who was exceptionally helpful. Not only did he provide all the necessary hotel information, but he also took the time to mark up a local map for us, sharing invaluable tips on where to shop and explore the city. ​The hotel itself is like a pristine, beautiful museum. One of our favorite highlights was the breakfast—delicious and diverse—served next to a stunning courtyard. The gentle sound of the fountain in the courtyard creates a peaceful, musical atmosphere that adds a unique sense of tranquility to the morning. ​We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay in this beautiful property. We are grateful for the impeccable cleanliness, the high level of security, and the genuine hospitality of the entire staff. Highly recommended!"

"I LOVED this hotel. I felt very looked after and the staff were extremely kind. When I return to Cusco, I’ll stay here again. My room was very clean and I liked that I could hide the bathroom area with curtains. TV was modern and I could access Netflix and other streaming apps. Shower and toilet were extremely clean and modern. Breakfast was delicious, and as I had very early starts most days of my visit, they prepared a packed lunch for me. Extra thanks to Fatima as she was delightful!!"
