"When I checked in, I was stunned to learn it was a tiny 1 bedroom property, on VRBO it was said to be 2 bedroom. In the bedroom, you had to inch along the bed with your back scraping the wall. There were no instructions on how to use the washer, so not usable. It was incredibly hot, so I handwashed my clothes. There was a long period, when I checked in, in which I was pressured to decide if I was going to stay there or go to my friends in Arco Felice. I decided to stay for a few days. I...

"While Tina was very nice, the property was not as expected. The bathroom door is see-through, which was not acceptable traveling with our daughter and son-in-law. There were kids playing outside our door and it was quite noisy in our room. We stayed for less than a half hour and found a hotel with privacy for all 4 of us. Even after voicing our concerns, no refund was provided. Very disappointing."
