"Hotel has a friendly and vibrant feel. Modern and very clean with a helpful 24 hour reception. Walk into the centre was fine for us but would be challenging for those who have difficulty with their mobility. Good choice."
"The stay was nice, staff at bar friendly and also at check in. Rooms and Hotel was good, it could however do with a makeover as it looks tired. But overall nice stay 🙂"

The Social Hub Florence Belfiore
10/10 Excellent
"Love the social hub properties, highly HIGHLY recommend!"
"- I had a great stay at this hostel.
- It is just a 15-minute walk from Florence Santa Maria Novella train station—I had a backpack and a carry-on suitcase, and the walk was very manageable.
- Check-in was quick and smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
- The 6-bed room was clean and spacious enough to comfortably fit three bunk beds. Remember to bring your own padlock, 30 mm.
- Shared bathroom was roomy, and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic.
- Central air conditioning worked well, which made a big difference during the summer heat.
- Since I stayed during the summer, there were quite a few school groups and teenagers around, which made it a bit noisy at times—but it was totally understandable given the season and atmosphere.
- Breakfast was available for a fee and offered a variety of fresh and satisfying options each morning.
- Laundry facilities were very convenient, especially for a longer stay—just make sure to read the instructions carefully before using the machines.
- Storage facility was another big plus: it felt very secure, with each piece of luggage tagged with a numbered ticket. Staff are always present to ensure belongings are only picked up by the rightful owner. Just make sure not to lose your ticket."
"Everyone at the hotel was very hospitable, helpful and friendly. Front desk employees were professional and really helpful. Great hotel and staff! Alazne, Ann and Judith were amazing and very helpful!"
