"Very convenient hotel with good staff and breakfast"

"The TV was not working, so we requested assistance. Supposedly they had someone try to fix it without sucess. They said they'd give us an upgrade which was only moving us to an identical small room at a higher level (4th to 10th). Breakfast was great though with a large selection of breads, cheeses, meat and hard boiled eggs. "

"Hotel staff is nice and helpful. Clean rooms. Very central and within walking distance to all major attractions. I did the breakfast on my last day. It’s 95 DK and a buffet with great selection. I enjoyed it. The lobby is nice and spacious with plenty of space for seating while waiting to check in/out. I used the AeroGuest App and check in was seamless and I had a digital key and was also able to check out through the app as well. I would definitely stay here again."

"Excellent centrally located hotel. Easy to walk to DAC, Tivoli and nearby bus to travel with kids to attractions further away. Nice coffee shop next door. Good amenities, Room clean and comfortable. Helpful staff."

"The room was everything I needed, as a single traveler. The room is small, keep that in mind, which can be a turn off for some, but for me, it was perfect. I appreciate the way the room was put together to maximize its efficiency. The shower is a nice size. and I loved that I had a nice window that overlooked the outside area, facing the traffic - didn't even need a sound machine. The staff were super nice and helpful with my only 3 requests: an adapter because I needed a 2nd one, an extra pillow for this sciatica, and they even helped me out when my 2nd skin came off after a long walk. Kudos to the front desk agent there that night, you saved my new tattoo with your help. SOOOO appreciate you. :-) The location is ideal too, close to stuff but away from the chaos. Money well spent. Will 100% stay there again on my next visit to Copenhagen. "

"Our stay at the Imperial Hotel was fantastic. The location is fantastic, and our room was exactly what we needed. Having the chance to have a triple for myself and my two sons was GREAT! Breakfast was definitely a highlight. There were so many delicious choices - from breads to cheeses to hot foods! And the fruit was so fresh! Great stay! "

"We loved the property, walking distance to train station and loved the breakfast, nice and helpful staff, good for staying overnight, we had long layovers for our connection flight next day and took the train to hotel.the only problem was no elevator and my husband had heart issues and hard to go up through stairs but we didn’t ask to change the floor, I am sure we f we were requested, they were going to change it . Thanks"
