"Upon arrival, the staff greeted us by saying, “Welcome Home”. I have never received such a warm reception of hospitality by a hotel. The dinner, the rooms, the staff, the jazz brunch, and the tour, were amazing!! I am already planning my next stay. My only regret, is wishing I knew about the hotel sooner. "

"Great location. Close to Rosebank where there are many great restaurants to chose from. Lovely breakfast. Friendly service. Only suggestion is for an aircon as fan was super noisy in room. Cannot leave windows open due to mosquitoes. Other than that we will be back. "

"I wanted some peace from the bustle of Johannesburg for one night and found this guest lodge to be perfect and I felt very safe. A large room with a comfortable bed plus a big bathroom. The bathroom was modern and well appointed with a spacious bath and separate shower. The property was quiet, even though it was full of guests, and the breakfast generous. "

Washer drier combo but drier takes hours. Oven tricky- need to turn on switch & set timer to work. Must connect with owner as reception desk has nothing to do with check in. "
