La habitación que me asignaron fue silenciosa a pesar de estar en una calle muy transitada. Falta un poco de mantenimiento a los elevadores pero fuera de eso, es un buen hotel para disfrutar la CDMX y tener un lugar accesible para descansar. "

"Overall, loved my stay!! My private room wasn’t the cleanest, but nothing I couldn’t manage. The front desk was very attentive, kind, and helpful with recommendations! They were more than accommodating with leaving my luggage in the morning until my check-in time. It’s literally within walking distance to so so much. Didn’t spend much time here besides sleeping so the lack of AC didn’t matter. For the price and location, will definitely be staying again. "

"Hotel location is very good closed to Zocalo and lots of amenities. Easy transportation to Zocalo metro. Lots of food and bakery shop around the hotel. Room is very spacious and in clean condition. I booked a driver on the website of welcome pickups but the assigned driver did not show up. The front desk staff and on duty manager helped me to call a taxi and send us to the airport. Thank you very much for your kind help. We will come back in the future."

"Communication with hotel prior to, and upon arrival was excellent. Front desk staff, in particular, Minu, were excellent. Room was very clean & comfortable. Gabi, cleaned the room wonderfully. We found the restaurant to be of better value than the buffet and food was very good there. Location is great and we felt safe in the area despite there being homeless people around. Heavy & visible police presence nearby. Protests in main square but peaceful. The hotel is overall very good value & we are glad we chose it vs well known chain hotels. "
