"The hotel is beautiful and the staff was pretty friendly mostly, our room was located on the 1st floor exactly across from the gym, which was okay, until 11pm and we hear weights clanking then 5:00am and ppl were running on the treadmill we asked if we can switch rooms because it was too loud and we couldn’t sleep and got alot of push back, once we requested a manager they moved us to another room on the same floor. Other than that I really enjoyed the hotel was really good and a beautiful view of the city."

"If you want a quiet, safe, clean, and comfortable place with an amazing (included!) breakfast buffet in the center of CDMX, this is your spot. When I say quiet, it's surprisingly quiet given it's in the middle of the city. The staff is beyond excellent, Yanny kept our room clean and made sure we had fresh towels. Luz, who manages the front desk, is the sweetest person and will help you with whatever you need. This is our new favorite place in CDMX and definitely plan to book again next time we're in the city. Gracias por todo, Luz y equipo!!"

"Very clean room, kind and helpful staff, excellent, beautifully kept, and safe location. I liked this spot a lot and would definitely stay here again. The only cons were that the shower was incredibly slippery, my sink didn't have a handle, and my bedding had an ink stain on it that remained despite my bed getting "made" while I was out. Otherwise the place was great and I am happy I stayed here."
