"Early check in was a very difficult, actual manager was very un-accommodating checked guests in ahead of me (I was there 20 minutes prior) then told me it would be a few more minutes… Swimming pool was green in color zero chlorine present! Room had white spots on carpet close to the bed, not sure what it was, could’ve been bleach spots. Definitely felt service was compromised because I was an Expedia customer!! Respectfully Sheli Batson"
