"This hotel is in a great location, right next to NY Penn Station and a close walk to most things in Mid Town. They have a 24/7 diner attached to the property which is awesome and the staff was great. The place is just outdated and the rooms are small, like small small. The room could have been cleaner, it was ok just looks like it was done ina hurry and needs a good deep clean. All in all it was a good stay and I would not mind staying again. "

"We arrived late to our room due to flight delays, the room we paid for (a junior suite) was unavailable. Very rudely we were told we had to take the room under that category for the night. We were compted the 35/night resort fee but was not offered a return of money on the room we did not get until the next day. In addition to this, we had to make sure the room would be available to us and the terrace that is advertised is CLOSED. You cannot use it, so it should not be in the room fee. Do not waste your time here. "

"Very outdated hotel. Rooms are tiny and double beds are too small for 2 ppl. Basically no rooms to truly accommodate a family of 4. Lobby is the only updated part of the hotel. On the other hand, great central location near Times Square and subway stations. "

"Book for two nights, first the tv wasn’t working , the technician couldn’t fix it that’s fine. In the morning I woke up sweating all over my body the room became very hot, I called to front desk that the unit is not working and she is telling me we are still in march it is cold outside, which is very ridiculous. They didn’t offer to go another room or something instead they told to check out. Very rude and horrible place to stay out , very inconvenient…"
