"I really enjoyed my stay at the Aparthotel. The location is excellent - very close to the ULB/VUB. The staff was very polite and attentive. The breakfast was delicious, and the kitchen at the room is well equiped. The room was very clean, there is a nice selection of TV channels in several languages and the Wifi is fast. Surely I would recommend it and would come back again."

"The Best Western Plus has become my goto place to stay when I come to Brussels. It is in an old building with original features, the location is convenient close to restaurants, shopping and transportation although a (paid) parking space was made available for me. It has a good buffet breakfast and the staff are very friendly, it is clean and hospitable. I would recommend staying here!"

"Stayed 2 nights here after 2 nights in Bruges. First time in both and while I knew what i was expecting in Bruges (thanks to one of my fav movies 😉), Brussels was a bit of an unknown. The Hotel was such a great place in a great location. Check in and out was online and our room on the 14th floor had great views of the city. The only gripe was the bathroom isn’t totally private. I knew this but my partner wasnt keen on the set up. Room was spotless and the central console for the lights and black out blinds was handy. I used the new technogym which was only upgraded in March past so all the equipment was as new. Enough machines and weights to tick over on your stay. The spa was like new too and though I didn’t pay for any treatments, i used the steam room and sauna, included in our stay. Buffet Breakfast was good quality and plenty of choice for all. If we return to Brussels the The Hotel would certainly be revisited. "

"While the property was good quality and I enjoyed my stay, the company is terrible to work with. They do not translate their communications to English when speaking with English customers which has been the source for a lot of confusion. Also, since I am located outside of the EU, I could not pay the deposit using the portal they provided, meaning I had to go through a friend to directly wire the deposit to them as they had no other way except me emailing them my credit card information (which is completely insecure). I have yet to receive my deposit back from them even though they promised to return it promptly after my stay which ended a month ago. To Hexuvium, I have emailed you multiple times to get my deposit back and you have not done so. Maybe this review will prompt you to return the 500€. If you are from outside the EU do not book through Hexuvium."

"Alain was a great host. He gave us a tour of the area around the property: grocers, cafes, wine store.It was a bit far from the centre of all the sights, but the metro system is very good.5 stars all around!!!"
