"The hotel is in the perfect spot. Couple blocks down starts the Broadway action. The hotel is perfect in every way….price, cleanliness, staff, great presentation when you arrive and also a delicious breakfast. I will be back to Nashville and I will be booking my stay again at the Holiday Inn Express. Thank you for a great experience in Nashville, Doreen"

"The only problems with this place was the walk ways they were very uneven and hard to push the luggage carts down and was a trip hazard for some of the older guests. Other than that we had a great time it was close enough to walk to get food and entertainment."

"Had to pay for coffee in the lobby. Valet parking overnight too expensive. "

"A great location across the road from the Country Hall of Fame and two blocks from Broadway. Rooftop pool is on third floor has limited sun beds for size of hotel and loses sun at 5 pm. Rooftop bar is small and had renovation works being carried out whilst we were there May 2026. Bar not open every day. Generally a nice hotel with a comfortable lobby. We found the valet parking a bit excessive."

"The bathroom door (to the toilet) is clear. Did not like that at all. Service in bars was painfully slow. "
