"The hotel does not provide complimentary breakfast, which I don't mind paying for; however, I do expect the food to be served hot. Unfortunately, my breakfast was only barely warm, and I was nearly finished eating before the toast I had requested arrived. Overall, the dining experience was disappointing and could use improvement. That said, the rooms were excellent. This was my third stay at the hotel, and it is the first time I have experienced any issues with the food service. The dining area was very busy, and it appeared that the waitress could have used additional support. Despite the breakfast issues, I have enjoyed my previous stays and hope to see improvements in the restaurant service. Not enough parking was available during my stay."

"The locàtion is great for getting around Tulsa easily. Most places I visited wer within 15 minutes Cherry Street, Calgary Cemetery, Brookside and others. The staff were all pleasant and helpful when needed. The hotel itself seemed nice and clean, until I got to my room which had a terrible musty odor and damp carpeting near the door inside my room. The shower head was so high on the wall I couldn't adjust the spray head (I'm about 5'4" tall. When flushing the toilet you had to hold the handle down or even paper wouldn't flush properly. There was a nice work area with kitchenette - although calling it a kitchenette is a bit of a stretch. There was a microwave, fridge, and sink, but no soap, towels, or utensils. I would've come better prepared had I known. When I checked out, I mentioned the musty smell to the clerk and he made a note to have someone check on that. Hopefully, the next guest will have a better stay."
