Find Hotel with a Concierge in Muvattupuzha

"I took this hotel to meet with my two school friends from Muvattupuzha for a maximum of two hours evening time. Hotel was nearly empty. Had one of the worst experience in my life. Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent.. I checked in at 5pm and vacated at 7pm. Took another hotel Kabani , with much more facilities and wonderful staff and paid less money. I wanted to write more but i think it is waste of time.

"Absolutely phenomenal property. There is a lot to do from fishing and kayaking to pottery and cultural programs. The staff too was exceptional. I regret not getting staff members names as they were very thoughtful and helpful. Highly recommend spending a few days at this resort."

"Amazing property .. with a beautiful view of the lake And a man made lagoon .. the restaurant serves the most delicious food. We tried buffet and Ala cart and were not disappointed. The break fast spread also was very good. The room was lovely with a view of the lagoon "
