"I needed a quiet spot, walking distance to the beach for a brain break, and this property was just perfect. It was well stocked, had a quiet, peaceful private courtyard, and ample, comfortable space for me to work in and also sleep well and relax."

"My kids and grand kids absolutely loved staying here! The manatee were there everyday along with great fishing! You cannot beat the convenience to the beach and St. Armand’s Circle! We will definitely rent this again!!"

"This is absolutely NOT anything as it is listed. This is a garage turned into an efficiency in someone’s private home. There are NO windows, NO A/C, NO access to the beach. I suppose there may be a pool, however you need to go down the road to find it. Also, the homeowners live in the house above you and you can hear their children and dog running around and barking. "
