"We stayed one evening at the home, my daughter, husband and I. The house was not in a great shape from the outside. Large amounts of chipping paint and nesting birds causing a badly muck stained window (nothing like in the advertising picture). Once inside, the house is in better shape and overall cleanliness inside was good, there is some nice decor too. However, outside the patio chairs and tables are in need of cleaning or changing and there were two large bags of rubbish. I did complain...

"Ive made a complaint as we wasnt giving the key code for key boxes. We had to make 2 long calls which was difficult with communication and poor signal. We was waiting outside the house in the rain with also the lady i hired to bring balloon arch. The fridge was faulty and our meat for Sunday lunch we had to throw away. The high was very dirty with dried on food. There was rubbish over flowing outside where the bin was. We had to walk down the lane to get the empty bins. The windows was covered...
