"Great rooms! Delicious breakfast although it ends a little early 9:30-10am. "

"Awful! Do not stay here! There are better options! 1. We stayed in March and it was not even very cold outside, but the property refused to allow any room to turn on the air conditioning. The units inside the rooms were locked to heat only, making the stay very uncomfortable. We were forced to keep the window open the majority of the time for some air. 2. The staff refused to bring things up to the room and said, "Um, we ask that you come get them yourself," when I requested toothbrushes. 3. Leading into #3, there are only 3-4 elevators for the entire hotel when there are 18 floors with guest rooms, leading to huge lines to the elevator. It took me forever to get those toothbrushes. 4. They force you to allow them to clean your room every 3 days, and get mad if you don't want to let them. This was especially bad when we caught a cold and had to stand outside our room for 20 minutes waiting, while sick. 5. They are apparently operated by extremely bizarre people; you can tell by the weird propagandist literature in the rooms. Their CEO's face is plastered everywhere (revered like some kind of god?). Bottom line, just stay away, please! Also, this particular location is situated on a huge hill, which is a pain to walk up. Trust me, avoid."

"Great stay in Tokyo overall. Everything was clean, well-organized, and the service was excellent. The only downside is that the room is quite small for two people, especially with large suitcases. It would be helpful if the hotel recommended it more for solo travelers so guests can choose a more spacious option if needed."

"Key needs to be left at the Hotel front's drop-off box. A bit too 20th century. Breakfast buffet is great. But overall, hotel is perhaps more suitable for Japanese, than to foreigner."
