The instructions on how to get to the villa are a little misleading, we were advised to come off the A8 at junction 20,when in fact, if you come off the A8 at Junction 21 it is easier to find, perhaps a sign on the road just before the turn off would be good as it is not a named road, and just a dirt track that is easily missable. On sent de très gros efforts et une grande gentillesse de la part des hôtes, mais l’espace n’est pas très agréable et on entend le moindre mouvement des occupants du logement situé au-dessus....

"MEIO country house is extremely well-maintained and outfitted. We were a group of 12 adults, with 6 new ones swapping places with the original guests after 1 week. Clean linens were supplied and a housekeeper cleaned the rooms beautifully. The location has easy access to the train at Santarem and only 1 hour drive to Lisbon.
