"We had to take the stairs to the hotel with our suitcases which was a challenge for seniors nobody to help. The room was so small and there was no place to walk around the bed we had difficulty gettin in bed from one side. The room was so hot and shower so cramped. There is really nothing to recommend . "The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the rooms are very nice but small. The showers are a bit awkward to get in and out and they have no shelves to put your own products on. We got married while visiting and if you're wondering if they do anything to make your visit special; they gave us a room with a couch and tv, view of the water and left a note congratulating us. The spa is lovely but they close early around 7pm, and you have to book the time online. The staff were very friendly to us, however our friends had a different experience. The staff made them feel unwelcome, and twice rudely asked them for proof that"

"You can’t beat the convenient access to CPH, but it’s the service that makes this place. The staff are truly wonderful. Also, the breakfast is outstanding and the gym is very well equipped. The air conditioning in the room did not work. While the staff helped us move rooms, it did not work well in the new room as well. There was a faint bad odor in the bathroom. "
