"This hostel was pretty good because it was close to the metro and bus station, just 15 minutes from the town center. The room was decent, clean, and the beds were comfy. Breakfast was alright; there was enough to eat to keep you full for half the day. My wife, 2 kids, and I had a really early flight. We got to the hotel expecting a quick check-in, but nope, it wasn't. The worst part was the check-in process and the staff. They were there but didn't help or tell us how to check in, or where to find our room. I was so mad and stressed, and the receptionists just kept saying, "Don't worry, don't be stressed," and they were even laughing when we were trying to find our room since no one gave us any directions. Plus, I was supposed to get check-in instructions 24 hours before we arrived, but that never happened."
