"Check in was simple and fast, and it is very convenient with regards to walking over to the airport. Nice design as well. I did not eat there, but certainly would next time."
"Fantastic rooms and breakfast. Location was out of town and it felt like a trek walking to and from the hotel. However, there’s a bus stop just outside with fairly frequent buses."
"The property was clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and feel comfortable.
The hotel has two restaurants on-site, along with a breakfast buffet, which offers convenient dining options for guests.
However, most attractions are not within easy walking distance, so transportation may be necessary to explore the city. Overall, it was a clean and comfortable stay with spacious rooms and convenient dining facilities."
"Good location, across from the subway station. Fuve minutes walk to Tevoli garden. Lots if attractions within 25 minutes, including Magasin du Nord, a major department store.
Good size bedroom with very comfortable bed. Fast elevators.
In house Italian restaurant is exquisite both in quality of food and service.
Excellent Front Desk staff
Well equipped Fitness center with free water."

The room also lacks basic amenities such as a simple water kettle and refrigerator, which is difficult to understand at this price point.
The service is equally disappointing. No one offered to help with our luggage upon arrival; the staff...
"Great hotel, spacious and clean. The gym and wellness areas are very nice. The location is excellent, and bars are solid. I liked that the espresso house is accessible from inside the building. A/C and fan in room could work a little better but otherwise everything was great and we thoroughly enjoyed exploring Copenhagen. Nice having Tivoli so close!"
"My experience at Crowne Plaza was excellent, I am delighted to recommend same to anyone looking for quality service, comfort and a memorable stay.
I was impressed right from my arrival even though I had expected the fees to be debited from the account I supplied at the point of booking. Regardless, the staff were courteous, respectful and attentive.
Crown Plaza offers an experience worthy of my return.
I definitely recommend this hotel to tourists, business travelers, friends or family...
