Highly recommended Kong Arthur hotel

Great staff early check in an option , nice extras , comfortable bed

I stayed for my birthday and the entire staff made me feel very special. Rooms were very clean and they even provided umbrellas in the room in case it rained. Drinks at the bar were also fantastic.

Hotel was beautiful. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Gym was under renovation and bed was harder than I like which is the only negatives

Loved staying in such a historic and colorful harbor area. Easy walking to Hop On bus stop, canal boat tours, restaurants and walking to a street food area. A little busy due to its location to attractions, but overall the hotel is in a very enjoyable area. For those who expect A/C in their room, the Hotel does not have it, but the room had an electric fan and the weather was cool at night, so I was very comfortable.

I had a bit of an issue with check in- my phone won't work when I'm abroad but I was assured before I left that the digital key works with the wifi. It did not. However, the online customer service was quick to respond and offered a solution in the form of a physical key which I was able to access in one of the communal areas, so I was in within 10 minutes. This will be a strange review in that I didn't leave the room for the entire stay. I didn't eat in the restaurant, and I didn't explore the area, although the area looked to be amazing. I came down with food poisoning and double pneumonia while in Berlin ( on my way to Copenhagen.) The staff could not have been kinder. When, on a Sunday, when I inquired about a clinic, they saw to it that a doctor came to the hotel. That alone makes this hotel stand out in my mind.

I’ve had my share of generic business hotel stays, but Rye 115 was something else entirely. At first glance, it was an older guesthouse with beautiful, spacious rooms, bathrooms separate from room and plenty of shared rooms and dining room for socializing with other travelers. My age set are so used to using AirBnB at this point that we have forgotten the possible benefits of staying in a cozy hostel with proprietors who know all the guests each night. Property is in a great location, staff is minimal but friendly and accommodating, was able to schedule taxi service for us which was really appreciated. Kitchen was supplied with everything we needed, great grocery store only four blocks away (Neto), would stay there again.

The hotel is great. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. I was given an upgrade to a large room which I appreciated. The staff are very friendly. The hotel is on an island and rather secluded, especially at night. The famed Freetown Christiania is barely ten minutes away and there are many coffee shops nearby.

I will gladly return to the hotel. I had the best experience all around. Social dinning was fun and the breakfast food was amazing. Recommended!

Really nice property staff was really friendly and helpful! The gym was great! If you have big luggage’s just be prepared to walk on not the most even ground from the train.

The stay was excellent! The facilities were impeccably clean, and the breakfast offered was quite satisfying. The location was superb, and I definitely plan on returning in the future. Additionally, I must commend the hotel staff for their friendliness and helpfulness throughout my stay
