Pensions in Nagano Prefecture

"Peaceful retreat with access to great natural beauty."

"Love the experience and hospitality. The amenities were also so amazing"

"The room was clean and suitable for a week stay in Hakuba. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and the Hotel was well located to enjoy the amenities in Echoland. The shuttle services to all the ski resorts are nearby which made it easy for my first time skiing in Hakuba. "

"The place is great."

"Small, quite and clean guesthouse. Kind and helpful staff. Delicious food. Traditional room and beds (mats on he floor) and shared bathrooms."

"Friendly staff and close to bus stop for transport to mountains."

"This facility is suitable for relaxing all the time with big outside bathtub and quiet room. We could stay in safe and really enjoy all of the time. Especially when we were in the 2nd floor in our room to take a outside bath, we were amazed by the beautiful sight of the stars. Although the temperature was so low, I guess it’s below zero, we were so excited to staring at the stars thanks to the hot spring. Needless to say the room is comfortable; warm, clean and enought space and amenities to...

"Welcoming, helpful. Good food, lovely room."

"Beautiful vista, food was great (strongly recommend doing a dinner reservation AND a breakfast reservation) owner was extremely kind and generous. He spoke better English than I spoke Japanese, which made it extremely easy to meet in the middle. 10/10 experience."

"Liked the traditional Japanese hotel style, as well as the onset which was very hot and was much needed after a day of skiing. Staff was very accommodating and helpful when needed"

"Great spot"

"The room is full of bugs, and the facilities are too poor for the price."

"Great location and hosts."

"Wonderful place to stay with excellent food and hosts! "

"We have a good and family style stay, good stay with driving and close to ski center."

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Chalet. The Hosts were so friendly and helpful, and the accommodation was beautiful and spotless. Highly recommend!!"

"clean room and great host/staff. Wish I had tried their breakfast"
