"The building is new and constructed with high-end materials, creating a luxurious atmosphere. The view from the hotel is amazing, overlooking Yokohama Bay. I highly recommend this place."
"Guest check in is on the second floor. Staff were very courteous and spoke enough English to be very helpful. The bathroom was excellent and room size adequate with fridge and tea kettle."

"A business-type hotel good for short and long stays. Small cozy rooms that are very clean and comfortable. 1 minute walk to train/bus station, restaurants, supermarkets, family mart, etc. Property is very clean, both inside and out. Site parking is available at extra cost and there is pay to park places close by. Also, there's a rental car place directly across the street. Overall a solid hotel that i would recomend to anyone. "
"The hotel is at a great location. Close to everything. A shopping plaza, bus access and train access. The staff are amazing, kind, and understanding. 👍"
"I loved how clean and convenient the hotel was. The staff was accommodating and helpful. Five stars. Worth the price and would definitely stay again."
"This hotel was so beautiful. It was one of four I stayed at when visiting Japan. Right across the street is the Yakohoma Art Museum and then a 4 minute walk there’s a huge shopping center in the landmark tower where you can take a super fast elevator to the top floor to view Japan. There’s so many restaurant options and shopping. I loved staying at this hotel. There was also a delicious restaurant in the hotel that we dined at. It was Japanese take on Italian. I enjoyed it very much. The hotel also has a pool. We loved this hotel. I would definitely stay here again. "
