Everything was great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The view from the room was just amazing. Loved the separate shower room.

The Hotel New Grand is a historical landmark in Yokohama. The location is hard to beat. It’s across the street from Yamashita Park, blocks from China Town, the International cruise terminal, 15 minute walk to Yokohama Stadium and good access to train system. Only down note is Hotel. Ew Grand needs to upgrade pillows, they were extremely uncomfortable.

Close to Yokohama station. Plenty of restaurants and convenience stores around. Room was clean, neat, and quiet. Staffs there were all nice and helpful. Price is decent, too.

everything about the hotel and the staff were exceptional. The only thing is I wished our room has more electrical outlets or the room provided an extension cord with multiple outlets. I have to plug and unplug between the coffee machine and the hot water kettle to use in between because there was only one outlet available.

Great location, clean and spacious room. Love the bathroom and quiet toilet. Will definitely stay there again.

I had the privilege to stay in the Garden Suite, with access to the Club Lounge. The check-in was SWIFT. A manager came, handled my little luggage and a bell-boy took over and walked me to the Club Lounge. Hot & cold drinks & tea-time snacks were served. I spent an hour before going to the Suite. The suite is IMPECCABLE, from the furnishing to the amenities (Imabari towels) & toiletries (Bamford). It has a large balcony. Though it was rather windy, I kept one of the large panels open. The huge private garden (like a private park) with 3 story pagoda is incredible and the pools, onsen, sauna and hot tubs are really nice. This was once a Four Seasons Hotel and still now remains one the best classic Ritz Carlton like hotels in Tokyo.

The most amazing king size bed we’ve ever seen. 92” wide! Perfectly firm. Great views from 29 floor and up renovated rooms. Amazing shower bath and spacious. Breakfast buffet was excellent and we enjoyed the lounge.
