"Staff was so helpful at check-in. Secured our bags quickly so we could enjoy walking around the City. Easy"

"Clean room"

"The property itself is really nice and they offer pick up/drop off from Gora station. Breakfast was good. There isn’t a lot around this hotel so it seems best for those planning to stay at the hotel for meals/amenities/etc. They offer scheduled drop offs at Odawara train station but it’s only convenient for those going back to Tokyo (we were headed to Kyoto and had to take the city bus instead)."

"The hotel is overall great. The food was not the best but still good. We loved the onsens and the rooms. It was a relaxing stay and the location is pretty convenient because it’s just in front of the Togendai station where the highway bus goes directly to Tokyo."

"The hotel was so amazing. The view is magnificent. The location is really good. The only thing that i could say that is a bit disappointing is there are stains in the sofa in the living room. Other than that everything is perfect."

"We loved our stay! It was a quick walk from the train station. The staff was great and walk you through everything in your room when you check in. Having the private open air bath was very convenient and we definitely used it more because it was right in our room. There were a lot of nice little touches as well. We liked having the lounge available as well. Dinner and breakfast were delicious!"

"Well maintained and clean. Liked that you could book at least 3 onsen sessions at check in but come early to secure your preferences. Japanese breakfast was tasty and very filling. Dinner was the only minor let down with the quality of the food, not bad but not in line with the rest of the experience."
