Summary:
Shorely Goodness: PierView Unit 105 is our newest addition to the family - and it's pup-friendly & oceanfront!!

This direct oceanfront, two-bedroom, two-bath condo is located in Nags Head – right in the center of it all! Within an easy drive of many great local attractions including the beautifully renovated Jennette's Pier (a half mile away), the NC Aquarium in Manteo, Jockey's Ridge, Tanger Outlet Shopping, Bodie Island Lighthouse, Coquina Beach, and off-roading and fishing at Oregon Inlet, we’re sure you will agree that the location can’t be beat.

Fall asleep each night to the sounds of crashing waves and wake up to beautiful sunrises from your porch with unobstructed views of the ocean. The unit also features a well-equipped kitchen, flat-screen TVs (2), cable, WiFi, and an in-suite washer and dryer.

Sleeping arrangements include: one king-size bed, one twin bed, and one queen bed. Linens (bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and sheets) are provided by an independent vendor and the beds will be made when you arrive!

The property offers direct beach access, two outdoor pools (closed in off-season), outdoor grills in the common area, and a children’s play space - all available for your enjoyment.

The elevator in our building is currently out of service. Our HOA is actively pursuing a full modernization of the elevator system; however, due to the scope of the project and the specialized parts required, we do not anticipate the elevator will be available for guest use until Spring 2026.

We understand this may cause inconvenience and truly appreciate your understanding as we work toward long-term improvements to the property. To help ease the impact, a luggage lift is available to assist with transporting your bags. All guests must be able to navigate multiple flights of stairs. If you choose to proceed with the booking, please understand that no refunds will be given based on the availability of the elevator, it is an amenity of the HOA and is completely out of the owner's personal control.

If you have any questions or need assistance during your stay, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to help make your visit as comfortable as possible.

This unit is located on a second-floor level (the first level is pull-under parking).

Our awesome caretakers, Mike and Lisa, live onsite and are as committed to your experience as we are.

There is a two-dog maximum, we can not allow cats, and we do not charge a pet fee. There is no smoking allowed in the unit.  We have a 30-day cancellation policy - refunds will only be issued if cancellation is submitted in writing to the property manager outside of 30 days from check-in date.

Great vacation

Wonderful place to explore the Outer Banks for our first time! Close to everything and right on the beach. Comfortable apartment with everything we needed to cook in when we wanted. Close enough to walk to Jeannette’s Pier and Sam and Omie’s restaurant. Would definitely stay here again.

Location Location Location!

Fantastic condo for the family with beach access right there! No loading up the car and driving to a beach, it’s right there! This makes running back for more sunscreen, a sandwich, the forgotten frisbee or to grab a cold drink soooooo easy! The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for whipping up meals of your choice or ready to reheat leftovers from any of the great restaurants that are close by. Two full bathrooms makes it easy so nobody has to wait to use one (a plus if traveling with kiddos!) and FANTASTIC water pressure in the showers! There’s plenty of space for dog crates where they won’t be in your way so Fido and Spot can enjoy vacation too! Super comfy beds to stretch out and rest up after a day at the beach, fishing, mini golf or whatever you enjoy. The property has 2 lovely pools - one smaller and shaded and the other larger with plenty of sun. The host Amy is a dream to rent from - great communication and had plenty of suggestions to offer for restaurants etc. On-site caretakers Mike & Lisa are just the most lovely people you haven’t met yet! They gave great suggestions on local fishing, fireworks and checked in to see if we needed anything. We can’t wait to return and enjoy this slice of heaven again!

Perfect for our needs

Grateful for a place that is dog friendly. Right on beach. We watched the sun rise & dolphins play each day. Beach was clean and so much fun. We have a special needs dog so having the beach so close & an elevator to our unit gave us the opprotunity to have a family vacation. We cooked in house and had everything we needed. We will be booking again.

Great Spring Break Stay

This was a great stay to celebrate spring break with the kids. You can not beat the location. We had some bad luck with the air conditioner breaking but Amy and her team were quick to respond and got us moved into a new unit for a comfortable stay. If we were ever in Nags Head again, we would return to this condo!

We were very happy with our stay. Regarding the unit itself, it was well kept, very clean, and all was as advertised. I appreciated the linens that were provided as some rentals do not supply that. A “starter pack” of paper towels, some kitchen things, and toilet paper were provided, which was very nice. We had a questions for the caretakers prior to arrival, and the question was answered promptly. The owner supplied lots of information that was helpful to planning our visit to the area. All appliances worked! The furniture was comfortable. The view was stunning! Whether sitting on the porch in the comfortable chairs, sitting in the living room, or hanging out in the master bedroom, the view was incredible. Access to the beach is very easy. The unit is located in a very convenient area. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Weekend

We had a very enjoyable getaway. The property was exactly as described. The view of the ocean is unreal. We were close to our favorite places. The owner even sent us a message with some very good recommendations of can’t miss restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The property was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay again.

This was a great place to stay - a stone’s throw - literally - from the beach, a balcony looking out over the ocean, a nicely decorated condo - very good overall! We had a few small issues - pet hair on one blanket, and a fairly noisy ac unit, but for the price, absolutely fabulous! The caretakers were great as well - thank you!!

Fun even in a hurricane!

The pictures of the ocean view don't do this place justice! We had a wonderful stay enjoying the property and even saw a Lager Head Turtle nest hatch. There was a hurricane off the coast and a tropical storm moving up the coast, so the ocean access closed on Wednesday, but we were still able to enjoy the pool and take a Dolphin tour as we waited for the big storm event to roll in. We all enjoyed our time together as the storm passed through, and we were back in the pool on Friday. Love this condo, and its easy access to the ocean!

This was the perfect condo for our family. The location to the beach is great and we enjoyed the pool. The kitchen had everything we needed for the week. The only issue was the Wi-Fi . It kept going off and on and I couldn’t stay connected to my work laptop.

Great location, not so clean

Great location right on the beach, however the carpet in the master and spare bedrooms were dirty. We had to keep our slippers or shoes on in the bedrooms. I can't believe the cleaning crew would not have alerted the owner that the carpet was in such bad shape. We did notify the owner after our stay and she responded that the entire building uses the same cleaners and no one else seemed to have a problem with the carpet. We won't be staying there again.

The property manager was prompt with the necessary repairs. It was an inconvenience not to have air conditioning on our first night, however it was repaired within 24 hours. Not having hot water was also an inconvenience since we were not able to shower for dinner after being on the beach all day. This repair was also completed within 24 hours. We would stay in this unit again.
