Felt empty of guests so bar very uninviting.Didn't discover lounge until second day and then water damaged ceiling and a filthy carpet."

"Location is superb, 100 ft to Chippenham bus station, and leads than 10 minutes bistro from the train station. Room is spacious, so is the bathroom, big and renovated. Courtyard is nice. There is a leisure pool at site too. Huge parking lot at back. The buffet breakfast offered was full English style and truly great. Staffs were super friendly. "Good size room .baking hot no air con.the little Dyson fan good for nothing.a strong metal fan would do the trick..one night had somebody kicking and banging at the door desperate to get in scary to say the least.very easy for people just to wander around the hotel floors inebriated!!
