"Hyatt Place is a great hotel, conveniently located within a short walking distance of nearby restaurants and clubs. The property is well-maintained, and the staff are incredibly helpful, welcoming, and hardworking. My one significant piece of feedback is the hotel's inability to provide small change or break larger bills. I genuinely wanted to show my appreciation to the hardworking staff through tips, but unfortunately, the hotel was unable to assist. What surprised me most was that every other hotel I stayed at during my trip, including the safari lodges in the Masai Mara and Lake Naivasha, managed to provide change despite being in remote locations. I strongly believe hotels should keep smaller denominations readily available so guests can recognize and reward staff for their excellent service. It's a small detail that can make a big difference, especially for the employees who work so hard to create a wonderful guest experience. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend Hyatt Place, but I hope management takes this feedback into consideration."

"Rooms were kept cleaned daily. Staff are friendly helpful & polite. Laundry service available. Breakfast had plenty of options. Dawa (kenya tea is a must try) Beautiful surroundings. Convenience of the mall Lots to do onsite . I intend to stay here again. We were welcomed & well looked after by the staff. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Staff is very warm, kind and helpful, The food is very good and the service is exceptional. Installations are cleaned and well maintained. The only thing is the quality of the coffee, which needs to be improved to match the high level of other beverage and food items."
