The hotel is quite new. Service is perfect. Breakfast is very good. I like the Faith, the receptionist who arranged good safari trip to me. I will definitely come back again as I often travel to Kenya for business.

A gorgeous, comfortable, perfectly situated hotel. Wonderful and friendly staff with amazing service. Restaurants on-site if you don’t feel like heading out but easy to get other restaurants if you do. The staff made sure we were well taken care of. Loved staying here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend. Five stars.

We scheduled to have a car pick us up from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. My wife and I were picked up by a very friendly employee (Antony) who introduced us to his city and taught us about the area during the drive. There was quite a bit of traffic at the time we landed, so the drive to the hotel took almost an hour. Upon arrival to the hotel, the car was stopped at the gate where dogs sniffed us (and the car) and a few security guards did a search of the vehicle. Once inside the gate,...

We had a 4 bedroom apartment with 3 bathrooms...it was clean and beautiful. The hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful, they took very good care of us. The hotel is attached to a mall, which was very convenient, and one day they had a local 'market' off the food court with several vendors, which made shopping for souvenirs easier. We enjoyed our stay at Yaya Hotel and would stay here again.

Extraordinary Hotel!!! What an amazing stay❤️

I stayed at the Sarova Stanlet on 2 occasions during an 8 day stay in Kenya and my stays were excellent. The staff is courteous, accommodating, and made great suggestions on what to do while in Nairobi. The delicious daily buffet breakfast was plentiful and varied, and the Thai restaurant in the hotel serves some of thee most delicious Thai food I've ever eaten in the world. Dinner even comes with a brief massage! My second stay at the end of my trip to Kenya included a free upgrade to a club...

A great central location with a very great apartment

This hotel is very clean, modern, spacious rooms, and the gym is great as well. The staff is amazingly friendly, my flight was delayed multiple times but the hotel always responded and had someone waiting for me at the airport.

The rooms are very spacious. I was only supplied with one towel. The next door building is under construction, so quite noisy during the day . The entrance is gated and manned 24/7

The hotel is so close to the airport... which is great, and the Southern Bypass. This is an excellent location for the park too, as there are entrances only 5-10 minutes from the lobby. The food was quite good and the restaurants had particularly tasty Indian foods. Generous portions (no appetizer needed) and speedy services... The staff were absolutely outstanding. So kind, courteous and helpful. In particular, Clara and Alfred took amazing care to get to know me and create a number of moments...
