"行くまでの道が狭く、子どもを連れて歩くのには危険でした。お風呂に入った際に、建てつけの問題か扉を閉めていても外に水が漏れてきたのが残念でした。そのため足ふきマットが濡れてしまいましたが、替えがなく困りました。部屋全体は綺麗に掃除がされていて、洗濯機の洗剤が置かれていたり、しっかりとした冷蔵庫があったり助かりました。"

"We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Kyoto. Sandy and her husband were so kind and helpful. They provided a walking tour to the closest grocery stores, restaurants, bicycle rentals, train stations, and bars. We had 7 guests, including teens. There are 4 bedrooms, one on each level, with floor beds. The listing states one bathroom-there are actually 2 toilets-one on the first floor and one on the third floor. There is one bathing room or shower room. This worked well for us. ...

"宿泊施設には十分満足しています。しかしながら指定された駐車場は狭く、さらに区分に鋭角な長方体の縁石が使用されており、暗くなってからの到着では気づけなかった。翌朝、出庫時に縁石に乗り上げホイールを傷つけ更にタイヤのゴムの1か所を削られました。運転者の注意義務もありますが、駐車時の注意事項として最初に表示すべきです。また、角が鋭利な縁石を設置すること自体非常識なことです。宿泊施設そのものが良かったのですが、このショックはすべてを台無しにしてしまいました。残念です。"
