It was a nightmare, owner couldn’t be contacted for hours (tried to call him and no one picked up the phone) and only after we got a hold of him, he informed us that the place was double booked. We were travelling with 2 young kids and waited nearly 2 hours in front of this property. It was 9 pm and we had to scramble to find a place to stay. "まず初見、でか！！となりテンションがあがりました。玄関へ入ると綺麗なお部屋にお風呂も大きく、寝室も3つあり大人数で赤ちゃんがいてもストレスなく過ごすこともできました。今回、両親の還暦祝いでディズニーへ行きましたがアクセスも車で10分と近く、寝室も別れていたので子供が途中で起きてしまってもぐっすり寝かさせてあげることができました。ただ、部屋がめちゃくちゃ乾燥します。加湿器があるといいなと思ってたところ、チェックアウトギリギリに2階の洗面台で加湿器らしきものを見つけました。もう少しわかりやすいところへ置いておいてほしかったです。夏場は寝室２部屋にエアコンがなかったのできついかな、とは思いました。また、お風呂の水圧が弱く少しだけ洗うのに時間がかかりました。でも湯船はジェットバスが使えたので疲れた体を癒すにはとてもよかったです。キッチンもなんでも置いてあり大変助かりました。キッチンと階段のところにガードがスライドで出たので小さい子供が勝手に入らないようにできたのがとても助かりました。また大人数でディズニー行く時には必ずこちらを利用させて頂きます。"

"基本食器類や部屋もリノベーション済みで大変綺麗です。Netflixも見れるなど配慮も良いですが、隣に少人数の施設も併設されており、そこの人にうるさいとグループだったので言われた為、敷地内に欲張って建てすぎた結果ではと思いました。駐車場が小さすぎて車4台ギリギリです。それ以外は全て良かったと思います。"

"I thought the property was very nice inside with the use of traditional Japanese styles of the tatami rooms and comfortable beds as well as the sliding rice paper doors. It had a great shower room, which could be used like a Onsen with a deep soaking tub and short stool with bucket. But even with these traditional styles, you could’ve easily taken a standup shower. Washer and dryer worked great. Kitchen is well equipped. Breakfast was delivered promptly every morning, however, might recommend...

"今回初めて使わせていただきましたが、管理者の方がとても細かく色々と補佐してくれたので不安な事もなくスムーズに宿泊でき大変満足でした。何から何まで質問に答えてくださり助かりました立地に関しては駐車場はとても近く問題なし、コンビニやスーパーは逆に近くにはないので事前に買い出しなどしておくと良いかなと思いました。宿泊先の清掃状況は満足レベルで、気になったポイントはエアコンが複数台着いてますか、ほんの少しカビ臭いかなぁ～という印象でした。全体的に満足です。また次回利用させていただきたいなと思いました"
