"The entire stay was just wonderful. It was incredibly convenient for Sheraton to have their own pier with boats available to take us across the Chao Phraya over to Icon Siam every 30 minutes. That was not highlighted in any literature and so was a very welcome surprise. Everyone was wonderful and helpful with the exception of one older gentleman who seemed to be a lead for when the breakfast was moved to a different area. Probably got off the wrong side of bed that day but overall a highly commendable hotel which should meet everyone’s expectations."

"This hotel provides a great vibe away from the chaos of Bangkok. Great professional staff. Awesome lobby and facilities. Room was clean and the buffet breakfast was varied and amazing! I loved the free shuttle boat to Icon Siam! I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone!"
