"Room had been "renovated", poorly. Brick walls, poor excuse for a kitchenette, and an odour i couldnt quite place. Check in is all online and there are no personelle on site. Look elsewhere."

"Room was beyond old & tired & felt dingy. Dishes in the cupboard were chipped & mismatched. Chairs were haphazard- one barstool & one kitchen chair. The smell was horrible!! We kept the windows open all night. The bed was comfortable enough but the pillows weren't great. Bathroom has been updated. Front staff was fantastic! We got in late from the ferry & they happy to help us after closing hours. "

"Staff was friendly. Hotel smelled a little strange and musky. The carpet seemed quite worn. Room was clean however bathroom was very small and inconvenient to use with family. Bed was a little uncomfortable. Pool was clean and did not have a strong chlorine smell. The free breakfast was okay but very limited. Wifi was good"
