"The hotel is new and very clean. There is a nice staff and the hotel is close to Lalaport, which is a huge shopping center. It is a nice and high-quality hotel."
"The hotel room was quiet, clean and comfortable. There were two convenient stores close to the hotel. It would be much better if the hotel could offer breakfast service in the morning. I will choose to stay at this hotel again if I travel to Taipei next time."
"I checked out of this hotel after the first night. The property has extensive water damage and mold growth throughout the roof. When I checked out I asked for a refund on my remaining nights the manager informed me I needed to go through Hotels.com after weeks neither U line or Hotels.com will make it right. "Was worried about some mixed reviews but the room was spacious. But took the chance because it close to Nangang station. The bed was very comfortable and clean. The blanket was heavy which was good so the kids don't kick the blankets easily. Strong hot shower. AC was clean and cold. Clean hot tub. There are some spots of mold in some shower chaulk but not too bad. The wall is a little thin as you can hear next door but if you're deadbeat tired you it wouldn't bother youm. The price is very good family of 4"

"This hotel truly delivered on location and comfort. It was within walking distance to clubs, shopping, and lots of unique local experiences that made exploring the city exciting and easy. To top it off, the hotel was located right next to a train station, which made getting around the city super convenient.
The room was a pleasant surprise spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a bathroom that was equally roomy and well-designed. It was a great place to relax after a full day (or night!) out in the city.
